The service was wonderful. The mechanic explained and shows me what was wrong with my car. Autotrendz did worked on my car that day., because I was from out of town I would highly recommend Autotrendz and Napa Auto Parts in Lapine for recommending them . Thank you to both companies. Highly professional.

Tim got our Subaru in on a Monday and we had it back Wednesday afternoon. Did a wonderful job of fixing the issues and at a very fair price

I called and explained what I thought was going on. They told me when to drop off my vehicle, and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. When I was told when my vehicle would be ready, it was the price was amazing and so was the service. The Mechanic also listened to me when I talked about some other concerns I have with a vehicle and he said that make an appointment and drop it back off and he would definitely look at my concerns and let me know what he thought I should do. They’ve always been amazing. great service. I will be back.

I am so Grateful I was referred to auto trendz to get work done on my suv. They are so kind, very knowledgeable and honest. We've had many unfavorable experiences with mechanics. We just happened to stumble onto Autotrendz in LaPine and, happily, they are now our go-to shop for any/every future needs. We were traveling from Idahoto spend 3 days in Crescent then on to the coast. Our F150 truck started having trouble about 100 miles from home but we continued on pulling our 27’ Couger Rv. We went to the NAPA store in LaPine to get it checked and they sent us across the street to Autotrendz. We had 6 plugs and coils miss firing or not working at all. This was at 4:00 pm. They called parts stores and between 2 stores were able to get parts and 2 wonderful mechanics stayed late to fix our truck. We were back on the road road at 6:00 pm heading to our rv park. They knew right away what the problem was and there was no question about fixing it right then. They had stopped doing whatever it was they were working on to help us get back on the road. We would highly recommend Autotrendz to anyone have vehicle issues in the LaPine area. Thank you once again!!!

Talk about life savers! They were so pleasant to deal with, and patient. More than anything, they were incredibly helpful beyond the norm. Plus they saved me a ton of money!!! Hands down they are now my go-to.

Autotrendz saved me while I was stranded out of town because my car started overheating. They took me in right away and even stayed open late to make sure it was done in time for me to make it home. Definitely recommend bringing your car here if you are in the area!

They are great!! Got my car in and out overnight, and my husband brought a car that has been sitting in our yard for 3 years b/c we couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Tim and Evie are awesome people and took really good care of me and my 89 Ford Bronco II. Tim Diagnosed the issue and fixed it and a couple of other minor things. Also a shout out to Brittany for listening to my issues with my rig and getting me scheduled. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Showed up to the shop in a panic because my shifter cable was broken and I was stuck in 2nd gear, pulling a huge trailer! 10 minutes and had the issue diagnosed, the new part located and ordered! Part showed up, and truck was back on the road! These fools went above and beyond for Mrs. Smallz! Thank you Tim and Chris for your wonderful work and office ladies for your quick trip to Bend! Tim and Evie and AUTO Trends in La Pine are AMAZING!! They installed my headlight for free and are super kind and wonderful humans!! Take your autos there for their services! They rock! How great this town is that their are people like them who do such kind acts💕💜💕💜💕 I will definitely pay it forward to someone else!

Evie and Tim are amazing went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Were from Texas not knowing anyone here we found them by accident so thankful we did Texas mechanics will do the bare minimum and at a high-cost. Tim was honest and straightforward and my family and i will be using them from now on.

Best auto repair with best service and best mechanic Ive ever had the pleasure of using . Our car broke down 60 miles outside of Lapine . We had to have our car towed into town . It was our lucky day that we found auto trendz . Service was outstanding , Tim found the part we needed and we were back on the road in 4 hrs . He even hooked up our camper to his electric and water while we waited . The receptionist Evie was also so helpful and kind during a most stressful day . Auto Trendz Definitely deserves 5 STARS !!!!!

I have used autotrenz multiple times over the past few years and they have been very easy to contact and fast to respond, they just don't send you off on your way once the job is finished. They explain everything in detail and actually take the time to show and explain what is going on and all the options you have. It's nice to have found a trustworthy reliable mechanic.

They were amazing. quick to respond and very good pricing. got my car diagnosed within an hour of it arriving to the shop and had car repaired in a good timely manner. highly recommend going. definitely will be my go to place. If I could give greater than a 5 star rating I would.

I called Autotrenz because our car wouldn't start all of a sudden.. I feel like Tim made it his top priority to figure out the problem because I mentioned it was our car. I felt bad for because he felt so bad when he had to give me the bad news. I would recommend Autotrenz to anybody that needs their car maintenance done and I'm so happy that was the number I decided to call. he was good and he was fair. can't ask for any more then that. makes me happy we moved we moved to Lapine 2 1/2 years ago.. I agree with Richard C. you won't be disappointed..
